# Best Cache plugin for wordpress now?

 * I have a very image laiden and memory hungry site, when i start getting lots 
   of traffic it crashes due to using up so much RAM and CPU.
    So I need a cache
   plugin, but none of them seem any good anymore? I know it used to be w3 Total
   Cache but I;ve seen some terrible reviews on the updated version of that with
   people saying it completely ruined their site. What cache plugin is still working
   and won’t break my site? Also I need one that will work with the wordpress default
   gallery. Thanks
