Best backup plugin available?

I’m developing a local community site, based on wordpress templates and plugins. In the event that some modifications or plugins cause irrevocable (by me) damage, I’d like to have periodic backups. Generally I’m testing everything on the development site and then implementing it on the real site if it works out well, but you never know.

What’s the best and easiest backup solution that will backup everything, including the sql tables, php files, and everything needed to bring the site back up to like it was before?
