 * Can anyone suggest the best backup solution for use with WordPress 3.2.1 on a
   Windows IIS 7 hosting? I’m looking for it to backup on demand and also on a scheduled
   time.
 * E-mailing me the backups is NOT necessary.
 * Thanks in advance for any suggestions
