Best ad injection plugin at the moment

I once used multiple wordpress ad plugin for my site due to my complex setup of ads and none of them provide all the features I need.

But then I found Ad Inserter plugin and this one actually provides everything I need. From setting up ads on many points of a wordpress article, conditional load that depends on user device, custom css, blacklist and whitlisting articles, and many mores.

The settings might look confusing at first, but thankfully the developer provides a helpful tips on each of the input box.
