I cannot speak to things Independent Analytics does, because geekspeak coming out of my mouth (or fingers typing) is literally gibberish. So, I won’t try.

When I have issues (if I do which is seldom) I message Ben and get a timely response. This is of paramount importance in my book. I’m old school in my expectations, and I choose what I use for this reason.

Also, I dislike the monopoly that is exerted over analytics and I’ve watched the internet grow since it was a gleam in developer eyes. Independent Analytics gives me a viable, workable option.
