Below toolbar dashboard link

    Below the toolbar Dashboard link two additional links to customize appeared in the drop down- Themes and Widgets. I don’t know if they appeared because I updated to WordPress 4.2 or because of something else I did. Using firebug I was unable to find an id or class for those links.

    Is there a way I can remove these links. (for all or non admins)
