Bell unsubscribe not working?

    A user that’s unhappy with notifications suggests that the bell icon unsubscribe isn’t working – indeed I tested this on my own Safari broswer, I can subscribe with the bell – when I unsubscribe with the bell browser notifications do indeed continue and aren’t cancelled.

    Users can get really annoyed because some will forget they ‘allowed’ notifications, they need removing very quickly!

    The only current way is to talk them through the ‘bell icon method’

    Hi. My best guess is that this might be happening if you have scheduled posts already to that user. Unfortunately, due to how our scheduling system works, any recently scheduled messages may still reach users who opt-out using the bell icon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I just tried to reproduce this with non-scheduled messages and I was not able to replicate the problem.
