Being spammed – filling my storage usage

    Here’s the thing, I lost three days of incoming e-mail from my server, contacted my support hosting company, they claimed:

    The problem is your account is over quota. This is being caused by your WordPress installation being spammed with comments which is sending you emails to ‘approve/disapprove’. You may want to turn this feature off.

    Apparently this is my issue, how do I fix this. Not sure what I’m suppose to do here. My hosting support hasn’t help me as of yet to determine how to fix it. Please, if anyone knows… please advise!
