# Beginner needs help

 * I had it working on my site with a Weblog title and Tagline but want to change
   them.
 * I tried at Dashboard/Options/General to enter a new Weblog Title and Tagline 
   but when clicking on “Update Options” it reports (403) Forbidden (you don’t have
   permission etc.) and no change takes place.
 * Meanwhile at Dashboard/Presentation/Current Theme Options/ Header Image & Color(
   I can get a display of new entries OK )
 * Could I make the new Title and Tag line somewhere else and FTP that file up to
   my site?
 * Any ideas would be a big help – thanks!

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?
