 * Hi there!
 * I have activated WordPress Super Cache Preload mode and it works very nice. In
   my current project, I need to clear all cache files when a new post is published
   and **immediately after** start to preload the cache again.
 * 1) How can I begin a preload process from code (e.g. hook, function)?
    2) How
   can I know if a preload process is already running?
