Before Header Setup

    I would like to insert a dismissible popup above the header but I am not having any success. I insert the short code into the Genesis hook before header but did not work. I will appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

    Dear User,

    The popup is overlapped on your content, and you can insert it neither before nor after your header.
    To select the position of your popup, you can use the “Popup location option” in our plugin, and choose one of the 9 positions available.
