    The chat stays active when you stay on the same website, and browse pages. If this is not working for you, there might be a problem with your browser settings. Contact our support team by opening a support ticket, and we are glad to help you.

    However, when you navigate to another website, the session is lost. We can’t just ‘add’ the on-page widget to someone else his website! If you want this functionality, there is a setting in the FlexyTalk control panel, that will change the ‘on page’ chat widget to a ‘popup’ chat widget. As long as the popup window is not closed, the chat session will go on, and you can keep chatting.

    So bottom line, there is nothing to fix on our side, sorry!
    It’s either local settings in your browser that prevents the ongoing session for the on-page widget, or a different setup of your chat widget behavior if you want the chat to stay open when navigating to other websites. In any case, when you don’t understand the problem or settings, please open a support ticket and our team will help you in a much faster way than leave a message on rating here on this website.

    This rating and review area is for users that actually use the plugin in a website, and they rate and review the plugin after some time of use.

    As far as I know, you just navigated to our site, chatted to an agent, and you navigated away from the site expecting to continue chatting, or don’t know what went wrong.

    I don’t have problems with real users that after using our plugin rate us with 1 star, although that’s something that never happened yet. But you are not a user.
