    The different options were amazing! I loved how customizable it was.

    However, in trying out the free version, the CTA button did absolutely nothing. When I looked up answers, it seemed to be conflicts with other plugins or a feature only pro members get.

    Problem there seemed to be no easy way to get rid of the CTA button in icegram to instead use the CTA button of a form.

    Moved on to other plugins.

    Sorry for disappointment.
    If you leave “Button Label” field in the message as blank, you can easily remove Icegram default CTA.
    And then form CTA will be considered as CTA of your message.
    Free version of CTA can redirect to another link, submit a form and if no action is provided it will hide the message.
    Can you please try this option in free Icegram message?
    I’m sure this will solve your issue.
