Beautiful theme, excellent customer support

I have used both the free and the pro versions of this theme. It’s a really nice theme, with enough options to create several different sites without having them all look the same. On top of the theme quality itself, the customer support team is amazing. I had a particular situation where I paid for the pro theme and then never got around to downloading it within the appropriate time window. The team was very helpful and responded quickly to my needs. The situation was easily resolved, and they got me back on track. I have had a few interactions with them as both a free user and a pro user, and they have always been super helpful.
