Beautiful Plugin and Super Responsive Support

I have not gotten to build the website yet and I have not been able to use the plugin fully to its capabilities. However, I would like to leave a glowing review for the support I received from the developer. I am planning build a website that will mirrored the Youtube Channel, TV station, I work for.
First, I was not able to get the plugin works at all and I was trying numerous plugins. I was quite surprised to receive a response when I contacted the support. After supplying my password, the support fixed the issue and now the plugin is working now. I am still on free version and I am planning to upgrade it to paid version. But first, I had to finalize my design and test various plugin. But for the support alone, I am going with this developer.
