1. In some countries sending spam is illegal. Original author of spam attacks could be tracked by authorities over IP address. So, there is a huge risk for us as corporation of United states to be punished by law for sending spam.
2. We run CleanTalk since 2012. It doesn’t make sense for us ruin everything that we did during these years just because of an additional subscription. As I said in the 1 it’s easy to track author of an attack.
3. Even if we have send spam a web site owner could have setup any other Anti-Spam protection (there are plenty on the market) and mitigate spam attacks in a few minutes.

3. Ваш плагин по защите спама отлично работает, поэтому люди к вам возвращаются. Лучше заплатить небольшие деньги, чем заморачиваться, спасаясь от профессионалов.Но если человек не продлевает подписку – всех закидывает спамом.

1. As I mentioned in my previous reply, we are a United States company. It’s illegal to send spam in the United States. So, if we had been doing this all these years, we would have been punished by the law.
2. There are a few reasons why you noticed an increase in spam after installing the Anti-Spam plugin.
With the indexing of your website by the search systems, the appearance of external links, and better search results position, your website attracts more and more spambots.
Non-transparent protection systems like CAPTCHA or question/answer, that don’t have spam attacks stats, don’t let you see the whole picture, or the picture is incomplete.
Counting methods for spam attacks and spambots are different for different systems, thus the diversity appears. We seek to provide detailed stats.
3. Spammers may use adaptive software to send spam. If the software can’t penetrate anti-spam protection it increases attempts. Because the more it sends, the more likely it is to break through the protection.
