    We used this plugin for a longer time and basically we were satisfied. We used the premium version which we bought some time ago. Finally I only can give 1 star, because the plugin was deleting the premium elements by itself from our webpage once the premium subscription has ended. This was a disaster for us, because there was no way to recover the webpage.

    No pre-warning of the plugin or something else. The plugin just deleted every element from our page. So we spent a lot of time to recover the page elements by using standard Elementor elements.

    Also the support of BDThemes did nothing else except saying “sorry”. No refund, no free subscription, no other help. They just closed the ticket without any solution.

    So be careful by using this plugin on your page.

    We are really sorry to hear about it and for this kind of inconvenience.

    Generally, if you use the latest version of our plugin the premium element will work properly. in this case, please make sure which version do you using now on your website.

    Although, we have solved the issue in a few previous versions ago. Now, if you used the old version of our plugin on your website in this case nothing to do. Although, previously we solved instantly the client issue with the issue.

    Also, we have checked on our system we haven’t been able to find any support ticket from you. Please if possible to create a support ticket here: support@bdthemes.com
    Or please share the mail address which was the opened support ticket. We will review the support once again. Our core developer team is always ready to support you.

    Even we will make a video for you this video will help you properly how to work the premium elements after the subscription has ended.
