Be careful – scamming with money back guarantee

They offer a money back guarantee, but if you want to get the refund they answering once and say they will check it and then you will never again hear from them neither getting your money back. I am waiting for three weeks now for my refund and wrote every week one reminder. No answer anymore and no refund. That´s a scam!
