    For the premium version and despite what is written on the website, the 14 days refund policy is not applied.

    We are very sad to see the negative review.

    We have reviewed the case once again and noticed you had a technical issue. However, no clarification was provided to us as to what the issue was so we could have the chance to fix it for you.

    The Refund Policy has such a point: “If your refund request doesn’t contradict any of the points mentioned in the Refund Policy and you are within the 14 days of the original purchase, a refund may be considered. No refunds can be granted after 14 days.”

    However, we weren’t given a chance to adequately investigate the issue. Thus, there was a contradiction with another point. And that is why the refund request was rejected.

    We would really love to help you out and make the experience with us better. That is why we request that you collaborate a bit more with us. We would love to hear back from you via Live Chat or email since the problem was initially for the pro version of the plugin and here we cannot discuss pro version functionalities.

    Unlike most plugins, you had to read your refund conditions. Not to suggest it will be clearer.
