    I think you haven’t go in the details before updating the plugin. We have already mentioned in the description, installation steps & documentation of the plugin that with 2.1.x, we have done some major UI changes so follow some steps before updating the plugin.

    without going into details, just write a negative review is not the best practices. One should at least try to contact the author to find the exact culprit & as And as we can see you are a very old member here though you don’t follow the best practices of giving reviews.

    It is the best & ideal practice to read the updated description, FAQs, other support thread queries & documenation (we keep it updated for the users only) or contact the author & rise query in support thread before giving any review or coming to any conclusion regarding any plugin.
