    Hi,
Ever since the WordPress 5.0 update, it has become more difficult to use BCTT with my Divi builder. I can still copy and paste the shortcut in the body of text, but there is no longer an easy way to add a tweet box such as the little bird icon that use to be in the text editor.
Since I am using Divi, the BCTT “block” can’t be added like a standard WordPress post. Is there any way to get this feature working properly within a Divi-based site?
    Thanks,
    Dan

    Hi Dan,

My plugin outputs the button on the tinyMCE (old style) editor, as well as adds a block on the Gutenberg (new block-based) editor. I would assume the Divi builder should have a way of outputting the full tinyMCE editor, or you could install the classic editor plugin so that you have a spot on the site to output the shortcode generator button that you could then copy and paste the shortcode into the correct spot in the Divi builder.

I don’t use the Divi builder, and given that it is a premium product (I guess, I am not able to find it in the plugin directory) I am not able to test and confirm functionality.

I defer to the developers there for more insight on how to use shortcodes that have tinyMCE editor buttons.

Please do keep me posted on how things work out.
