• I have installed bbpress and made a custom page with the short code which is same with as the slug of the root. However, the /forums page created by bbpress overrides the custom page in when generatepress is the active themes but not when the twenty-twenty one default theme is active.

Also the forum list in the page created by bbpress is duplicated with a different styling as seen in the link provided when it’s generatepress active but not when it’s the default theme.

    Kindly help me resolve this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I really can’t see why GeneratePress is capable of causing an issue like this – there isn’t anything in the free theme added for bbPress.

Do you have any custom functions added? Have you tried disabling all plugins to eliminate any issues?

Can you check with the plugin support to see if they can help to identify the issue?

I have had a good look now. My previous developer did upgrade the generatepress theme on my site to the premium version. It is the blog module causing the issue because when I disable the blog module, everything works fine but when I enable the blog section, the issue returns. How can I make the problem disappear without disabling the blog module?

The blog module is a premium option that we are not allowed to support here – it’s a WordPress rule.

Please open a support topic in our premium forum and we can take a look:

    Thanks!
