bbPress not showing form in dashboard

    HI all

    i am using the WordPress version 3.9.2 and have avada theme installed on the website, i installed bbPress for the forms it was working fine till date. Than my client wanted to increase the roles in the wordPress so i created new roles and changes names of the earlier ones. But now i don’t get any option for the admin to create a form, its has option to create topics and replies but no option for form.
    Please help me.
