# Bbpress forum action

 * Hello, is it possible to make it work also on the bbpress forum? plugin detects
   answers and topic but does not display buttons on them.

 * Thank you for reaching out with this message. bbPress works a bit differently
   than regular posts or pages, in the sense that it uses a dedicated template system.
 * Even though the topics and replies are custom post types, thus visible by the
   Social Pug, given that bbPress has a templating system to generate the HTML, 
   functionality may break, as they use different functions than what themes use.
 * I’m not entirely sure if adding the buttons is possible. Can you please let me
   know where exactly you’d like the share buttons to appear? I might be able to
   provide more details if I have more information.
 * Also, if you could provide a few screenshots, so I can see the placement you’d
   like, that would help a lot.

 * I was referring to the standard at the bottom of the page under the content. 
   In the options there is a choice of topics, forums, but nothing then and does
   not display.

 * Yes, the buttons don’t get displayed because bbPress works a bit differently 
   than native WordPress when it comes to displaying content.
 * If you can let me know exactly where you’d like the buttons to appear, and also
   provide a screenshot so I can have a visual representation, I might be able to
   provide more details.
