That should be pulling from your theme options > typography settings.. Body font.
Can you post a link I’ll take a look on your site and that would let me know what else might be effecting it.

Try adding this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:
#bbpress-forums div.bbp-reply-content {
color: #333;
}

That fixed the body of the post – Thank you!
But the Menu text is unchanged — Can you give me a css setting for it?
