# BBB doesn´t create recordings

 * Hello team,
 * We have installed bbb server, 2.3/18.04. I have a problem with recordings. They
   are only visible by demo meeting but not through wp plugin. Everything works 
   well, but: Collapse recordings
    This room does not currently have any recordings.
   I have installed the plugin on 3 different site, allways same. [bigbluebutton_recordings
   token =””] doesn´t help. Anybody else have same problem?
