So another problem has seemed to arise as well I was using the text editor under basic modules and the text shows up as underlined in the editor but not on the page.

So for the page title issue, can you check under Tools > Global Settings and see if you have the Default Page Heading set to show?
On the widgets scrolling issue, this is most likely caused by a 3rd party plugin conflict. Can you go ahead and deactivate all plugins except BB and see if you get the same thing?
Re the text editor issue, chances are, your theme is adding the styling to the texts inside the module. Can you share the URL of the site in question so we can check?

Wow such an easy fix for the page titles, I’m sorry I feel ridiculous for wasting your time on something so easy.
The underlining issue is on this page, http://contestoverload.com/advertise/ on this page the paid advertisement was suppose to be underlined it shows up underlined in the text area of bb but not once i exit the text area. I have other pages like this one http://contestoverload.com/about-us/ that show up underlined but for some reason it wont on the advertise page.
I really appreciate all your help sorry I’m super new at this which I’m sure you can tell, I did try to find solutions by googling it or reading your support threads but clearly I wasn’t searching the right things. Thanks again for taking the time to help me 🙂 you guys rock!

The problem with the underline issue is that on your advertise page, the heading is enclosed by 3 span tags, and the underline styling is only applied to the first one. Check the screenshot for reference.

Are you adding the styling manually? It should look like this instead <span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #000000; font-size: 28px;"><strong>Paid Advertisements</strong></span>.

Hey thanks for all the help before i hate to keep bugging you but I’ve come across another issue that I’m not sure how to solve. For some reason i’m unable to delete any modules in the editor now. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks again.
I have tried deactivating all my other plugins but still it wouldn’t work. It wont even bring up the dialog box to ask me if i’m sure i want to delete that module.

Sorry for the delayed reply. That issue may be related to how your browser isn’t showing the dialog box anymore. Can you try resetting the browser settings? Or try using another browser and see if you get the same thing?

Hey Ben thanks for the response i managed to get that issue resolved but have come across another one For some reason i cant get the background image to show up in my rows http://contestoverload.com/more/buy-us-a-coffee/ this is the page i was wanting it on. It shows the row background image in the builder but not once i publish it. Thanks for all your help.
