# Batch Uploads Error

 * I can’t get Batch uploads to work. I get this message “Memphis Error: The Documents
   zip file has failed to imported.” I can upload the pdf files separately.
 * The WordPress site is running on a windows server…. if that helps.

 * make sure ZipArchive Installed is install.

 * I just tried it again… got the same message. “Memphis Error: The Documents zip
   file has failed to imported.”
 * Does something need to be install the on the server side?

 * It worked fine when I was using my Mac as the test server… it wasn’t until I 
   moved everything over to the live server which is a windows box it stopped working.

 * no ZipArchive is the only thing you should need, but for some reason the zip 
   file can’t open, my guess is that it has something to do with the Windows server.
 * Make sure you have configured you php tmp folder.
