# Batch Export Memory Issue

 * Good day. I am experiencing memory issues when trying to do batch exports of 
   our store products.
 * When I limit the volume to 500, the first CSV gets generated perfectly. When 
   I move onto the next batch by using volume offset 501 I get memory issues each
   and every time. Please help?
 * * The version of WooCommerce – Store Exporter: 2.7
    * The version of WooCommerce:
   5.1.0 * The version of WordPress: 5.7.1 Memory limit: 256M Max Execution Time:
   180 Max Input Vars: 3000

 * Thanks for getting in touch.
 * I have run some tests on the functionality of the volume and offset settings 
   and everything is working correctly from my development site.
 * What are you exporting? Products or Orders? It is possible it is tripping up 
   on a particular product/order.
 * Can you try to run some tests? Firstly, what happens when you set the volume/
   offset to 250/0 and then 250/250. Does it export correctly?
 * What happens if you set them to 500/1000, are you able to get through that export?
