[Resolved] Basket will not show up
I really like your plugin but I am having an issue with my basket. I would like it to be able to open in fancybox but when I add something to the basket and click to view…I receive a little box with a zero in it.
Also, one other question, how do I get the “Add to Basket” buttons to show a border and/or change the color of the button.

seems to be a session problem. Which webspace provider do you have?

I followed the link you provided and did what it suggested (created a folder and edited my php file) in the article with no success-i still get the box with a “0”. I tried setting different options in the plugin and clearing the cache with the same results.
I have the option of setting the default version of php (4, 5.2, or 5.3).
Grafixfreak.com is not my default domain name-which is outside my public_html directory. Would this matter?

Thats mad, can you please ask your Provider what to do? The sessions aren’t saved, so no basket 🙁
It doesn’t matter which php version you’re running.
Let me know if you provider is able to solve your problem, otherwise we both have to look at your webspace settings. (I would need access to it)
Thanks. I’ll contact them and tell them that php sessions for a wp plugin are not being saved and how can I remedy this issue.
I did what it says in that article but I did notice in my file manager that I do have /cgi-bin/temp with a bunch of files with names like this (sess_024d7c57fdc1ecc0dba197949454e7ac). Do you think I should be directing the sessions to that directory?

I tried changing it to the other directory and still the same result.
I also sent a request to netfirms support but I’m sure that might take a while.
