We are sorry that the basic version of the plugin did not turn out to be what you need. But on the other hand we cannot agree with the statement that giving product dimensions is “basic usage”.
Please note that the vast majority of products sold online do not require entering unit dimensions and are sold as an item. This is the basic feature which WooCommerce offers. Anything above that cannot be called “basic usage” – if it were then WooCommerce would include this feature.
Each plugin (free or paid) adds something extra that the regular WooCommerce installation does not support in. Our plugin in the free version offers more than 30 units that can replace the basic one (item). It also supports increments and minimum/maximum value.
Please also notice that in the description of the plugin it is explained that the Unit dimensions and unit measurement price calculator function is in the PRO version. So the description does not mislead our users.
We will be grateful if you consider this and change the rating to one that is fair to our work that we have done for over 700 users to enjoy the free plugin. For our part – we will do our best to develop the free version to satisfy even more users!
