Basic functions don’t work, and customer support ignores them

My experience was less than mediocre. I had a strong understanding of what needed to be configured. The widget ignores settings that the user configures. Some of the layouts are broken and display off the page. When I contacted the customer support from Trustindex.io, they tried to convince me to use a different (paid) version of their product, instead of the free WordPress Plugin. Mediocre product, worse customer support.
