 * Is there an easy way to create an email account that has as its address [MyName@MySite.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/basic-email-question/MyName@MySite.com?output_format=md)?
   And if so, how would I access that account?

 * You can create it at your host. There should be an option in cPanel for you to
   do that. If you can’t find it, you need to contact your host as it’s not a wordpress
   related issue.
