I want the benefits and clients boxes to be on each services page of my site http://www.edinburgh-datarecovery.co.uk

It doesn't matter where they are on each page as long as they look decent.

I've tried to put the code in to place them on each page, in Chrome they mostly look fine next to each other on the page, but then viewing the same page in Internet Explorer they get mixed together and are a mess.

As an example, but there are many more in the services based pages, view this page in Chrome and then Internet Explorer:

How to I edit the code or what do I add to the code to ensure they display correctly in each browser?

I'm sorry but it is really beyond the scope of these forums to deal with general CSS issues. Try a dedicated CSS resource such as http://www.css-discuss.org/ instead. In the meantime, try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

And ensure that your markup and CSS validates.

As esmi suggested above, it does in fact, look like you have a bunch of comment tags that are causing problems - IE hates code errors:

Fixing those may or may not resolve all the problems, but probably a good starting point.
