# Basic Design Question – Newbie to WordPress

 * Hi everyone!
 * Newbie to WordPress here and hoping someone can help me 🙂
 * I’m going to apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge in this area!
 * My question is, if I engage a developer to implement a custom theme on my hosted
   WP site, what information should I ask the designer of the theme to provide (
   the designer would be a different person to the developer).
 * I’m not sure what I would need to ask them to provide? If my website was 5 pages
   and my designer designed all 5, would I ask them to provide source files for 
   each 5 pages?
 * I just want to be sure that I request the necessary information from our designer.
