# Basic Comments Loop Without Plugin and adding functionality

 * Hi, sorry for a basic question, but I just couldn’t find the answer anywhere!!
 * What is the basic loop for me to have comments on a page. ie. most recent comments,
   maybe specifying to show last 10 comments, without working with a plugin.
 * Would you also have the loop that shows post title of post most recently commented
   upon, and name of person commenting on it (maybe showing last 3 commentors) all
   in choronological order for maybe 10 posts.
