 * I have been made admin for an important wordpress website. Im trying to make 
   basic changes (themes, colors ect) but they never seem to save.
 * I dont have cpanel but im trying to get filezilla installed on my pc. I dont 
   know what my FTP is to connect flezilla to my wordpress site, how do i fond this
   out
 * Where should i start? Can someone help me please?

 * You should start by logging in to the hosting providers account. Generally with
   Filezilla if using a standard FTP connection you can use mysite.com as the hostname(
   or ftp://mysite.com) then the user and password that has access to the server.
 * Who is the hosting account with?
