    Regarding the point on looking after money, we list all the feature request that we receive from the users and make further research on them. In some cases, users urgently demand the feature and the core code customization demands a lot of time and effort by the developer. Due to this reason, we ask the users to hire a developer. We never ask the users to pay for the bug fixes in our product.

    Our product are well tested with the default and compatible themes. Apart of some issues that we lack to notice sometime, we make sure that the product reach to the users error free. The basic fault are in continuous fixing process which is the reason we keep on releasing the plugin update timely. We will surely work the faults that you have reported.

    Hi, that bank account payment is not suitable for us. And thanks to your buggy code, we are not able to turn it off. How can we go live with this? We have to contact costumer again asking for payment. Please release the update. Atleast fix this bug, or help us, how we can completely remove that option from the checkout page.

    We are on continuous development and enhancement of the plugin and as a part of human error, there might be some bugs within the product. Although there is the bug within the plugin, we try to fix them as soon as possible and release the update.

    If the updates are somehow on hold due to some technical issues, we try to reach to the user and help the user individually and fix the issue.

    Now coming back to your query, we have also replied you via email fixing the issue.
