Barrage of WordPress posts to my email

I am receiving large amounts of WordPress posts to my email (I’ve forgotten when it started). At the bottom of the posts I have the following message:

“You are receiving this email because you are subscribed to a plugin.
Login and visit the topic to unsubscribe from these emails.”

I am not subscribed to a plugin. If I click on the link to the topic in the post, I don’t find a location to unsubscribe from the emails.

Any assistance on this matter? I’d appreciate it.
