# barcode scanning

 * I have a pc with barcode scanner which I scan products in store using POS. after
   I go to pay and checkout. It returns back to screen to carry on to next customer
   but some of the bar codes or even prices disappear, so I am unable to use the
   scanner and have to look them up manually?
 * Also recently the items are not automatically reducing my stock levels?
 * Do you have a systems that you can add stock using a barcode system?
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating.

   I replied on the website but didn’t find out if the problem was resolved for 
   Angie.
 * I’ll close this forum thread, but am happy to reopen if anyone is experiencing
   these problems.
