Bar to insert bold, img, alignment doesn’t appear & problem with google sitemap

    Hi, I’m writing to you ‘cos I have installed wp, I have published my site, but when I login and I write an article, doesn’t appear the bar to set bold, to insert images ecc..
    Do you know why?

    Do you need I post my website address?

    Then, I have also an other question… Do you know why if I set friendly path, google sitemap doesn’t allow me to insert my rss url?
    Now I have change my path to unfriendly and google get it, but I would like to have friendly path.. what can I do?
