Bar "jumping" away from my pointer

Love the plugin, but I have a couple of questions/comments:

1. When I hover over the bar, it jumps away to the left. Here’s my site so you can see: http://www.fairivy.com

2. Is there a way to make the Stumbleupon button always link to a single page (my home page)?

3. Any way to make all the icons the same width? I’m neurotic.
