Banners don´t show at my site

Hey Folks,

I´m trying to integrate a dynamic banner on my website. Do to so I posted the HTML code in a text widget for the sidebar but the banner is not displayed in the sidebar. It is just blank. I also tried to post the code directly on a page but it is also not displayed.
What could be the reason for that?
My theme is Amazillionaire.
