Banner not showing

Hi, I cannot see my banner in the header after I choose the one I want from my active banner list from the Banner Effects Header Plugin. I am using theme evolve 3.2.7 and the WordPress 4.2.2. My website is davidodefense.com. I’m not the most tech savvy but I am hopeful you can help me, thank you, I really want a great looking banner!!
