Sorry for the delay. I see that you’ve deactivated the plugin for now. If you want to reactivate it, just set it as hidden and i can diagnose the issue. Thanks.

I deactivated the plugin the same day, as you answered.
I tried it again now, and it still doesn’t work on our site

Sorry i see that it is activated. You have some other plugin that is commenting out a lot of the necessary code. I’m seeing this specifically:
<!-- <script type='text/javascript' src='https://www.nordictailors.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-banner/simple-banner.js?ver=2.8.0' id='simple-banner-script-js'></script> -->
the <!-- --> means its commented out and not loading, which will cause the banner not to show at all. I would look through any optimization plugins you have and see if you can block Simple Banner from being included in those optimizations.
