Just found the solution:
I added z-index: 10; in the Custom CSS.
Z-index brings the banner to the header’s ‘front’.
Found the hint here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/banner-not-clickable-in-header/
Well, not yet the solution.
Works only in Mozilla Firefox.
Any suggestions?
And the solution is:
Type in Custom CSS: (Appearance > Edit CSS)
.ads-header-desktop {
display: block;
float: absolute;
z-index: 10;
margin-left: 47%;
margin-top: 25px;
}
AND in “header.php” just after:
<?php if ( ot_get_option(‘site-description’) != ‘off’ ): ?><p class=”site-description”><?php bloginfo( ‘description’ ); ?></p><?php endif; ?>
<div class=”ads-header-desktop”><script type=”text/javascript”>
YOUR CODE HERE
</div>
But not yet for Internet Explorer
After updating Hueman to the actual version (2.1.5) the banner at the header disappeared.
All the values above are the same.
What could have made it disappear?

Hi,
yes, I see it, but with Firebug.
It seems always a tricky thing to put it in Hueman theme header (personally, I never do it with Google AdSense – bad for SEO, but you are not using Google).
Try forum search “hueman ads in header” – almost 100 posts, in lot of them Alx took part.
Best I found:
1- http://wordpress.org/support/topic/possible-to-add-a-google-ad-in-header/ -29 posts, added google banner in header
2- http://wordpress.org/support/topic/ads-11/ – excellent, Alex, theme author also explaining
3- http://wordpress.org/support/topic/code-to-move-over-banner-ad-in-header/” – also good, Alex involved.
Good luck.
Mike,
If you look at the threads, I’m involved (with solutions) in two of them.
The codes worked fine until last Hueman version. But not with the very last.
Bosco,
now I see, sorry for interruption – obviously needs some “fine tuning”. Maybe Alex…when he appears on forum.
