Banner does not show up

Hi,

I have the problem, that the banner is not showing up.

And yes:
1. Complianz Dashboard state that configuration is completed
2. that site requires a cookie banner and that is has been enabled?

and I emptied cache
1. banner not showing

and I switched the theme
1. the banner is not showing?

and I went to incognito modee
1. banner is not showing

I am using WP 5.51.

Can u help??

I see an error on this jQuery;

Can you check if disabling this, probably a plugin, fixes the issue?

I found the plugin and disabled ist.
But . no luck?

Sorry,

I have purged and cleared all caches.
That “Mail” Plugin is sisabled.

I have no idea what to do now?

The error is gone, unfortunately, a new error appeared in this file; it seems a deprecated line throws an error;

To check these errors in Chrome, for example, you can load your website, right-click -> inspect – console. Here you will some issues related to your website. Besides this one, there’s a mixed content issue, unrelated but can be fixed with our other plugin Really Simple SSL.

This way you can clear all errors:-)

This seems to be a known issue in the WP Lightbox plugin:

The user here has supplied a solution, fixing the problem by changing some code in the wp lightbox plugin.

Either deactivating WP Lightbox or fixing the code error should resolve the issue.

@michi57 The WP lightbox seems to be abandoned, so I would recommend to deactivate it.
