Banner disappears, NO SUPPORT

    With our production site this plugin works badly (the banner disappears after a few seconds), same problem if we manually insert iubenda code in header.php, without using the plugin. A mail sent 7 (seven!) days ago never received answer, even after a solicitation. This is not the level of support that we expect from a company as iubenda! Now we have switched to another free plugin on WordPress repository, they are small programmers but their plugin works very well compared to iubenda one, and the support is really excellent and have solved our little problems.

    As I have wrote, I replaced your plugin with another, so I cannot give you a test page. The problem is: banner disappears after 1-2 seconds if I insert iubenda code in header.php; if I use your plugin, 3-4 seconds (instead of 1-2). In every case not sufficient to read the banner and decide if giving or not the cookie consent. Perhaps an incompatibility with my theme, or cache plugin, or CDN (I need maximum speed because http://www.zen-trader.com is a production website).
