Actually, the whole homepage broke after BlueHost used its built-in interface to redirect the main url to this subdomain. When they tried to revert back, it stayed broken. They then told me the problem is with MesoColumn and to try the Twenty Sixteen theme which comes with the BlueHost account. I did and the banner was still missing. Then I tried switching back. Now, the whole page is messed up. The main thing is, I just want the banner back. When I went into the customize section, I see that the header image (banner) I want is already selected. So, I’m wondering why it isn’t showing up on the page, and why all of the widgets I included on the right side are now missing and replaced by the default theme. In past updates, everything has remained intact, including the widgets. I don’t have a child theme because I wasn’t planning on customizing the theme code, so it shouldn’t have stripped the design I implemented.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Is the problem related to mesocolumn update?

the problem not the theme, its the image url like this
    hxxp://box5109.temp.domains/~maucerig/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Chloe-mauceri-volleyball-HEADER-round-2.jpg

comes up with 404 error not found.
