This plugin was exactly what we needed. Simple to use, and easy to work with.

Add my name to the few users seeing the header/menu covered up. Tried to use padding like them. It did not work.

Any tips? Also this seems to interfere with our navigation “hamburger” on mobile.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @lukefive so sorry for the delay. I see you disabled the banner, this issue is pretty similar to some other support issues I’ve had in the past, were you able to look through those and see if any of the solutions helped?

I tried solutions other people talked about here, like more padding. I turned off the plugin after those failed. The entire banner plugin idea is suspended for now. I did at least find a workaround for problems with the hamburger.

I will eventually need to find a banner plugin that pushes the page content down to make room for itself.
